House's foodstuff

We offer you a great assortment of made at house sausages, like xolís, llom embotit (sausage of pork loin), cansalada viada (cured bacon), ham, secallona, bull de la llengua (pork tongue sausage), white or black bull, pâtés; and llonganissa, cutlet and loin crystallized, all them made with pork.

The girella is a sausage very typical of this Pyrenees country, made with lamb and rice. We can eat it grilled or with sauce.
